Hello, I'm John, I'm a military member. When I was undergoing combat training I had ear problems from loud gunshots. Because the sound of war shells affected my hearing significantly. I came up with a simple solution. I managed to protect my hearing with shooting earplugs. So I think earplugs can protect your ears from loud noises like gunshots.
